Get Feedback on Your Playing
29 March @ 18:30 BST / GMT + 1 – 20:30 (Online & in-person)
This event takes place in our central London studios and gives several pianists the opportunity to perform for Graham Fitch and an audience of online and in-person observers. Each participant will have up to six minutes to perform a work of their choice (or part thereof) following which Graham will give feedback on their performance. This feedback might include observations on style, interpretation, practice suggestions or general encouragement and support!
Ticket options
In-person performer and observer tickets are sold out but you can still join us live online or watch the recordings of the event afterwards at your convenience. Online tickets for this session cost £20 (£12 for Online Academy subscribers) and can be purchased here.
Both events will be recorded and everyone signed-up will receive access to the recordings once they have been edited after the event. Therefore if you can’t join us live you will still be able to watch the recordings at your convenience thereafter!
Venue
Located in Islington, our new studios have been configured as a dedicated space for shoots, streaming and live events. Despite its central location, the venue boasts almost 2000sqf of beautifully decorated space and a 2009 Yamaha S6 grand piano. It’s well situated for access by public transport being roughly 10 mins walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line) and Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line) tube stations. Caledonian Road & Barnsbury Rail Station (London Overground) is only a few minutes away and Kings Cross & St Pancras International is a 5 min taxi ride.
